debis	has implemented authoring environments for several MSR DTDs
ETAS	supports MSRSW.DTD as an external interface to their system design tool ASCET/SD.
Ovidius	has implemented formatting engines for several MSR DTDs.
TKB	(The Knowledge Base) has implemented MSRFMEA.DTD as an external interface to their FMEA analysis tool IQFMEA.
Vector-Informatik	uses MSRNET.DTD as an external interface to their CAN tool suite.
XI-Works	maintains MSR DTDs and documentation. XI-Works develops high level authoring system adaptations and extensions like linkmanagers for XMetal and other tools. The company has also implemented several converters like RTF2MSRREP, RTF2MSRSYS and DTD-Upgrade converters. XI-Works is capable to provide training services in the MSR context.

Organizations

ASAM	works very closely with MSR for the definition of common data models and SGML/XML dtds. In particular ASAP2/MC and MSRSW.DTD will be based on a common kernel.
ISO	MSRSYS.DTD is used as an example how to implement documentation conforming to ISO DIS11748 (ISO working group: TC22/SC3/WG11 Electronic control systems - Technical specifications - Related documentation).
